Product Overview:
1. This machine is primarily used for coarse, medium, and fine crushing of high-hardness raw materials, such as bauxite, limestone, iron ore, phosphate rock, and other materials requiring crushing. The crushing method is a combined cutting and impact crushing process.  The material is crushed by the high-speed rotation of wear-resistant hammer blades within the crushing chamber. The crushed material is in regular granular form. The material is discharged after screening, ensuring precise particle size. This equipment is suitable for material sample preparation and production use in laboratories of mining, coal, power, metallurgy, chemical, geological, and research industries.
2. The machine's blades are made of special wear-resistant alloy tool steel and undergo special heat treatment, resulting in high strength, high hardness, and high wear resistance. It features a long service life and a high crushing ratio, combining both impact and shearing effects for crushing. It is particularly suitable for crushing high-hardness ores such as iron ore, bauxite, and gold ore.
