Ni, Co, Mn and Li Extraction From Used Ternary Lithium Batteries
2024-07-01
The recycling of waste power batteries usually includes several steps, such as pretreatment, leaching, separation or regeneration. Separation is the key link in the recycling of waste power batteries, and it is also the focus and difficulty in the current research on the recycling of waste power batteries.
After pretreatment and leaching of waste batteries and ternary materials, the metal elements of Co, Ni, Mn and Fe, Zn, Al, and Mg are transferred to the liquid phase, and the solvent extraction method is used to extract nickel, cobalt, and manganese. The whole production process has a short process flow, good impurity removal effect, high metal recovery rate, low cost, and no slag is generated, which will not cause difficulties in slag resource treatment and environmental pollution.
