How small spray dyer machine work?

The liquid feed is delivered by a precision pump to an atomizer (typically a two-fluid nozzle), forming micro-droplets inside the drying chamber. Heated air rapidly evaporates moisture within seconds, producing dry particles that are collected via cyclone separator or collection vessel.
