Working principle Of Ethanol Falling film evaporator 

The material enters through the top of the falling film evaporator through the feed pump. The material is distributed into the heat exchange tube in a film shape through the film distributor. Under the action of gravity, vacuum induction and air flow, it flows into a uniform film shape from top to bottom. During the flow process, it is heated and vaporized by the shell-side heating medium, and the generated steam and liquid phase enter the separation chamber of the evaporator together. After the vapor and liquid are fully separated, the steam enters the condenser for condensation (single-effect operation) or enters the next-effect evaporator as The medium is heated, thereby achieving multi-effect operation, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.

Working Process Of Ethanol Failling Film Evaporator

1. The residence time of the material liquid in the evaporator is short, it is not easy to cause material deterioration, and it can adapt to the evaporation of heat-sensitive solutions;
2. The material liquid evaporates into a film in the heating tube. The entire process of the material liquid does not cause much impact, avoiding the formation of foam. It is suitable for evaporation and concentration of foaming materials;
3. The feed liquid is added from the top of the evaporator, and falls into a film along the tube wall under the action of gravity. During this process, it evaporates and becomes concentrated, and a concentrated liquid is obtained at the bottom, which can evaporate materials with higher concentration and higher viscosity.
