    Ethanol Extraction Machine for Botanical and Herbal Processing
    The ethanol extraction machine is special designed for efficient extraction of active compounds from crushed plant materials such as herbs, botanicals, medicinal plants, and essential oil raw materials, with the functions of airtight, explosion-proof and clean. The PE series centrifuge adopts a flat-bottom drum structure, with larger volume, higher cleanliness, and pollution-free structural design. It is loved by consumers for its simple operation, clean appearance, and stable performance.
    This equipment is widely used in industries including natural products, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and plant chemistry laboratories.


    Working Principle of the Ethanol Extraction Machine

    The extraction process is simple, efficient, and highly automated.

    Step 1 – Loading Plant Materials
    The operator fills crushed plant materials into a filter bag and places the bag into the extraction chamber.

    Step 2 – Ethanol Solvent Addition
    Food-grade or industrial ethanol is added until the plant material is fully immersed, ensuring complete contact between the solvent and plant cells.

    Step 3 – Bidirectional Rotation Extraction
    The system runs a preset program that performs forward and reverse rotation, allowing the solvent to thoroughly penetrate the plant material and dissolve the target compounds.
    This dynamic extraction significantly improves mass transfer efficiency and extraction yield.


    Step 4 – Extract Discharge
    After extraction, the bottom valve is opened to release the ethanol extract, which contains the dissolved active ingredients.

    Step 5 – High-Speed Centrifugal Drying
    The plant residue is then subjected to high-speed centrifugal rotation, removing as much residual solvent as possible from the plant material.
    This step improves solvent recovery and reduces operational costs.


    Step 6 – Solvent Recovery and Further Processing
    The collected ethanol extract can be further processed by evaporation, concentration, or distillation to obtain the final product.

    Features:
    1. Low temperature: The acceptable low temperature is -50℃ to 50℃.
    2. Large sight glass structure: Large sight glass structure allows you to clearly view the situation inside the equipment.
    3. Fully automatic and manual: Fully automatic extraction process, the program can set the forward and reverse rotation speed of the drum, time and number of cycles, and can switch to manual control.
    4. Adjustment: dehydration speed and time can be set.
    5. Display: temperature display. Vacuum pressure display.
    6. Single-person operation: Zippered filter bag can be quickly loaded and unloaded. Designed for single-person operation.

    Product configuration
    1. The parts in contact with the material (including the main shaft and the bottom of the drum) are made of SUS304 or SUS316L, with hygienic surface treatment and no dead corners.
    2. The liquid inlet and liquid outlet adopt sanitary quick-connect interfaces with sight buckets and valves. All seals are made of PTFE or fluorine rubber, and the main shaft is a double-layer water seal/oil seal.
    3. Three-phase 220V explosion-proof motor (optional 220V single-phase/three-phase power supply), PLC and touch screen control, frequency conversion control cabinet.
    4. Equipped with two liquid inlet/air inlet pipes, a vacuum interface with valve, a liquid drain port, and coolant inlet and outlet. The cylinder has a cooling sleeve. The base is equipped with four lifting rings for easy loading and unloading.
    5. It is equipped with 10m cable and control line randomly, which can be used for power connection.
