Processed materials: Fruit juices (strawberry juice, hawthorn juice, sea buckthorn juice, orange juice, pear juice, bayberry juice, peach juice, blueberry juice, mango juice, kiwi juice, etc.), vegetable juices (carrot juice, tomato juice, etc.), fruit wines (grape wine, strawberry wine, etc.), red wine, yellow wine, rice wine, health wine, beer, medicinal wine, soy milk, coconut milk, coconut juice, almond milk, tea (herbal tea, instant tea, functional tea, Pu-erh tea, black tea), coffee.
Application equipment: Depending on the production process of fruit juice beverages and the different parameters of the materials, suitable centrifuges include
tubular centrifuges, disc centrifuges, and horizontal screw centrifuges. The selection is mainly based on factors such as throughput, solid content, and separation effect.
Tube centrifuge: A high-speed separation device used for fruit juice refining. It is generally suitable for clarifying suspensions with a solid content of less than 1%, solid particles smaller than 5 μm, and a small density difference between solids and liquids; it is also suitable for separating emulsions with a small density difference between light and heavy liquids and high dispersibility.

Tubular centrifuge is a highly efficient separation device that utilizes the strong centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to separate liquid from tiny solid particles in a suspension, ultimately obtaining a clarified liquid. It is particularly suitable for solid-liquid separation where the concentration is low, the particles are fine, and the specific gravity difference between the solid and liquid is minimal. It is mainly used in the chemical, fruit juice, extract (plant extract, animal extract, traditional Chinese medicine extract), vaccine, fermentation broth, and new material industries for material separation.
Working Principle: Tubular centrifuge generates a centrifugal force field far exceeding gravity within a slender rotating drum through high-speed rotation at 10,000-15,000 r/min. After the suspension enters from the bottom of the drum, the denser solid particles are rapidly thrown against the inner wall of the drum and settle, while the clarified liquid flows upward along the inner wall of the drum and is discharged from the overflow port at the top, thus completing the solid-liquid separation.
Disc centrifuge: A fully automatic device suitable for high-volume production of products with low solid content, small solid-liquid-liquid density difference, and a solid content percentage of 0.5%-15% (with flowability). It is widely used for pre-treatment separation followed by fine separation of materials.
Three-phase disc centrifuge: A device used for liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation, widely applied in the oil, petrochemical, biological, pigment, and food industries. Examples include milk skimming and clarification in the dairy industry, removal of moisture and mechanical impurities from fuel oil and diesel in mineral oil separation, extraction of antibiotics and vitamins in the pharmaceutical industry, and oil-water-sludge separation in the environmental protection field.
It mainly consists of inlet and outlet devices, a rotating drum, a cover, a vertical shaft, and a horizontal shaft. The rotating drum contains a stack of conical discs. Material flows from the top central feed pipe to the bottom of the drum, then flows towards the drum wall through the diversion holes on the lower surface of the discs. Under centrifugal force, the heavier solid phase settles to the inner wall of the drum, forming sludge. The lighter liquid flows along the outer conical surface of the conical discs towards the axis to the top and is discharged by the light liquid centrifugal pump. The heavier liquid flows along the inner conical surface of the discs towards the drum wall and then flows upwards through the heavy liquid centrifugal pump, thus completing three-phase separation.
It features high speed, stable operation, fully sealed inlet and outlet systems, low noise, and good separation effect. Parts in contact with the material are typically made of high-grade stainless steel to reduce chemical reactions. The sludge discharge action of the sliding piston is automatically controlled by a PLC fully automatic control cabinet, resulting in a high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustments, and convenient adjustment.
Horizontal screw centrifuge: Suitable for products with high output, large solid particles, and high solid content (5%-50% free-flowing solids). It is widely used for pre-treatment and initial filtration separation of materials and is a fully automatic centrifuge that can operate continuously for 24 hours.
Horizontal screw centrifuge (horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge): Suitable for processing large volumes of materials with high solid content (5%-50% of which are free-flowing). It is a fully automatic centrifuge that can operate continuously for 24 hours. It is available in two-phase (solid-liquid separation) and three-phase (solid-liquid-liquid separation) models.
Applications: Suitable for material separation in the chemical, food, oil and water, plant extraction, juice purification, and fruit pulp fiber industries, as well as in the separation of plant and animal products such as soybeans, peanuts, and wheat; and in industries such as dyes, pigments, graphene, and humic acids.
